Join Chloe Gardner and Clare Forrest from LGBT Youth Scotland for this free interactive workshop, to share your memories associated with places around Paisley. Having partnered with the National Library of Scotland to create Scotland’s first national archive dedicated to young LGBTQ+ people’s voices, in this Queering the Map workshop, participants will have the opportunity to engage with maps as platforms for storytelling, memory, and reclaiming space. This event aims to celebrate the big and little everyday moments that are often hidden in traditional histories of towns and cities and show the LGBTQ+ heritage of Paisley.

(Un)seen, (Un)heard is a 3-year project that aims to understand what life is like for young LGBTQ+ people growing up in Scotland today, and to reflect on how life has changed across the generations.
